Gitian's mingw produces even more odd stuff than some random bytes. Code
produced with this do mess with some unknown "0123456789" "abcdef"
"ABCDEF" strings and code that process them. The same version of tor
(0.2.4.17-rc) from tor-browser-2.4.17-beta-2_en-US.exe have no such
strings and no code that process them.
