Interesting. In that case I'd mostly suspect
[https://gitweb.torproject.org/stem.git/tag/refs/tags/1.1.1 the 1.1.1 tag]
being the issue. Does it also happen for October 13th (when I tagged
[https://gitweb.torproject.org/stem.git/tag/refs/tags/1.1.0 1.1.0])?
