ToM is a member of [http://garexp.org/ la GareXP]. They are in the process
of moving to a new location

Caserne de Reuilly]. La GareXP is a place dedicated to creative thinking
and creative arts. It hosts the hackerspace [http://leloop.org/ LeLoop].
ToM is confident that la GareXP could be used as night venue, as a place
that might be more welcoming for a “meet the Tor devs” event. They also
have a huge kitchen if we invite cooks and can probably host some
attendees who feel comfortable in sleeping bags.
Their new place is on the same subway line as the day venue.
