#11237: Tor Browser Bundle not Obfuscating Screen Size

Using the latest Tor Browser Bundle x64 Linux build. Tor is supposed to
be rounding screen size to the nearest 50, but I am not observing this
using EFF's Panopticlick tool. The tool is reporting an exact value for
my resolution.
