Nikita Borisov writes on tor-dev@]: "One other thing that I personally
would find useful is a graph showing the advertised bandwidth and
consensus weight in absolute terms, to distinguish effects of things
happening on my relay from those happening to the overall Tor network."

 This is related to [https://lists.torproject.org/pipermail/tor-
 relays/2014-March/004170.html Roger's request on tor-relays@] where asks
for a graph for another Tor relay challenge showing "Total consensus
weight of these running relays, over time."

It's probably easiest to add these new graphs to weights documents,
because that's also where we store fractions of these metrics.

Requires writing some code and then re-processing the metrics archive.
