You can now add `?lang=ar` (or any other locale specifier) to a URL and
receive that language. See

comment] on #11347 for all the URL parameters and what they do.
You ''should'' also be able to send email to `[email protected]`
and receive a response in Arabic, and the format for the locale strings
for that are the same as above. I haven't tested the translation of emails
yet.
