If to update install.rdf, maxVersion should to allow at least 24.*
version, and to remove every rules with targetPlatform (since TBB3 for
windows build with GCC no one rule is valid), and to remove META-INF
directory then add-on working for TBB3 (tested with windows XP).
It's unportable, unmaintained, untested, unsafe add-on to use with Tor
Browser.
