The part of the descriptor dealing with fteproxy installs docs to
$INSTDIR/Docs/fteproxy rather than
$INSTDIR/TorBrowserBundle.app/Docs/fteproxy, so they're not ending up in
the bundle. I didn't test the attached patch.
