The video in this page does not load when "Brightcove (partial)" and
"Chartbeat (partial)" rules are enabled.

Reproduced in Chrome 35.0.1916.153 with HTTPS Everywhere 2014.4.25
It works in Firefox 24.6.0 with HTTPS-Everywhere 3.5.1
