Starting with 23.0, Opera now blocks unencrypted content on encrypted
pages, allowing to unblock for the current page and session only.
Platform=mixedcontent should be disabled for Opera. And maybe we could
upgrade bug #6975, since all platforms supported by HTTPS-E now have mixed
content blocking.
