I also have a similar problem, using version 3.5.3
I was looking at:
http://video.pbs.org/video/2364995158/
the site reports this error, with the add-on enabled on my Fox31.0
browser:
"Error loading skin
Cross domain loading denied"
Disabling the "Amazon Web Services" makes the video play
Note: I have:
Ghostery full blocking (ie, enabled)
Adblock+ disabled on video.pbs.org
