Thanks I tested the patch with multiple builds in a setup that produced
quite reliably OpenSSL libs with different timestamps before and they are
now zeroed out. This is commit ad5ea06183c12e8ae18274a72cb5bbc353180400.
Leaving this ticket open until it passes the alpha bundling test...
