Yan's key (FAC78CF7) has expired so the https-everywhere tags no longer
verify.
I'm assigning this to Tor Browser so everyone sees it (in case there is an
interim solution besides not verifying tags) but assigning to zyan and
cc'ing pde since I think they're the only ones who can fix it.
