After updating to 3.6.3 (GNU/Linux 64bit) from 3.6.4 (GNU/Linux 64bit), I
am experiencing incredibly slow startup of Tor Browser. I connect directly
to the Tor Network. It takes about 60 seconds for the connection to
finalize so the browser window appears.
