Our blog is custom code, based on drupal 5, so there is no package to
install.
Most likely, the latest php security updates broke the blog more.
According to the blog's watchdog log, the captcha's broke in the last php
update in "Start-Date: 2014-06-17 05:01:14"
Anyway, it appears the captcha module is throwing PHP errors calling
deprecated funtions, so it's no loading at all.
