When you get a new noscript update, it loads a tab for you to tell you
what changed. Now, in the noscript case, it's doing this to sell you ads
so it can profit from you, which is kind of annoying. But the general
concept of telling our users what changed would still be beneficial.
Otherwise they have to (know to) find the info on the blog.
Good idea / bad idea?
