Tor Browser ships with a search plugin for Microsoft's bing.com. Searches
using this plugin (made when you select bing as the search engine in the
search bar) go via http rather than https.
Given that bing seems to support https - the search URLs still work after
replacing http with https - Tor Browser should use this by default.
