Tor Launcher is Tor Messenger aware, except for the "Tor Browser" logo
which we will be replacing with the Tor Messenger logo.
The patch for Tor Launcher has been submitted upstream. This is an
improvement over an earlier patch submitted for TorBirdy. See #13983.
