I see about 4.38975 hours spent each day updating the consensus, for a
single scanner, averaged over 10 days of measurements.
I will try disabling
FetchDirInfoExtraEarly 1
FetchDirInfoEarly 1
in torrc and see if this reduces the amount of time spent updating the
consensus.
