#14745: kickass.so missing from kickass torrents ruleset

kickass.so is another alias for kat.ph, kickass.to and so on and is
missing in HTTPSEverywhere's KickassTorrents ruleset. THis alias is
currently necessary to get past internet censorship in some countries, and
it appears to be enough to merely to add as "s" after http for it to work.
I'm using HTTPSEverywhere 4.0.3 in Ubuntu's Firefox 35.0
