Hello! You may have better luck with finding Tor relay configuration help
at [email protected] or [email protected].
That said, for (1) your friends should be entering lines which look like
`Bridge obfs3 IP:PORT FINGERPRINT` and `Bridge scramblesuit IP:PORT
FINGERPRINT password=YOUR_SCRAMBLESUIT_PASSWORD`.
