OK, I've updated the branch. I also removed the tbb-* scripts since we'll
be moving them to the TB repo instead of the meek repo.
`dirname` doesn't resolve relative paths by itself, but `"$(dirname "$(pwd
-P)")/Data/Browser/profile.meek-http-helper"` should work.
