#16276: bug in onionoo's family set detection

Hi,
onionoo apparently has some problem on how it processes MyFamily data to
generate the family set that it includes for the details.json document.
Example:
onionoo says that
[1] is in a family with => [2].
at the same time it says
[2] is *NOT* in a family with => [1]
which is contradicting since family sets require a mutual agreement.
