Mike Perry used the TPI DigiCert account to purchase a
`*.sandstorm.torproject.org` (including a `storm.torproject.org` SAN) cert
for our Sandstorm instance. I have both the certificate and key, and I
still need to install these on the Sandstorm machine and update the
Sandstorm configs.
