Walkie-Talkie (http://cacr.uwaterloo.ca/techreports/2015/cacr2015-08.pdf)
is supposed to be an effective website fingerprinting defense which uses
browser modifications. We should evaluate this approach at least and
possible include it into 5.0 if it holds what it promises.
