Rob wrote a stem script to ask the Tor client to dump a pile of controller
events as it visits an onion service.
I just repurposed #2554 to be about reading those events and
reconstructing what actually happened.
This ticket remains as the parent "run a Tor client that generates these
events, then run that script to reconstruct them, and publish the output
over time" plan.
