#16879: How to know if Bridges have not changed?

Let's say I get bridges from torproject.org and use it. What happens if
that bridge suddenly gets back in the pool as a normal entry guard or
middle, exit node? How would I know that has happened since Tor will still
connect as normal?
Does Tor B know this information and notify user or display as changed?
