Okay, there was a huge bug where after creating an encrypted signing key,
we'd unlink the unencrypted one... even if they had the same filename!
That would delete the one we made.
I bet master-key will work a little better now.
Perhaps instead of --out a --keydir would be okay? I'm hoping to get
something that is more generally applicable.
