#17377: obfs4proxy crash no apparent reason

Hi,after upgrade the obfsproxy to obfs4proxy,that stopped the torbrowser
startup, in the log it say " Failed to create child process
TorBrowser\Tor\PluggableTransports\obfs4proxy: ϵͳÕÒ²»µ½Ö¸¶¨µÄÎļþ¡£".
Before the problem occur, i clean my computer, mantain and unintalled some
old java version, is that lead to the mess? how to fix this? i cant start
the torbrowser whatever obfs generation i used
