That's expected behaviour because by default, you run it detached mode
with no output to stdout. If you want to see what happens when it starts
or quits, you should run it as `./start-tor-messenger.desktop --verbose`.
Otherwise, it will silently quit. (It's the same as Tor Browser, we are
even using the same script!)
