Hi all
I noticed a problem with Tor over unstable WLan/Wifi.
Everytime my laptop takes more than 5 seconds to reconnect to the
wireless, the tor client idles until the active cyrcle reaches its 10
minutes limit.
Workaround: restart or reload the tor-deamon
