#18108: userstats-bridge-transport checkboxes don't stay on the same line as
their
label

The checkboxes to select transports can get separated from their text
labels. For me this happens with "scramblesuit", where the checkbox is on
the far right and the label is on the far left.

I tried the obvious fix with {{{ }}}, but that doesn't seem to work
with {{{input}}} elements. Apparently it can be accomplished by wrapping
the checkbox and label in a {{{label}}} element or similar, and setting
the CSS {{{white-space: nowrap}}} on the wrapper.
