* We're calling crypto_digest_all from router_get_hash_impl; that is
called from router_get_networkstatus_v3_hashes. That's going to be an
annoying slowdown.
* We're calling crypto_digest_all from crypto_pk_get_all_digests; that is
called from tor_x509_cert_new. Ouch.
