#18527: Tor Browser does not maximize in certain scenarios

With the newest Tor browser 5.5.3, if you create 2 or more tabs in a
browser then drag one tab into a separate window the new window can be
maximized but the original window cannot be maximized and acts like it was
before 5.5.3 on nix64 machine.
It you can't reproduce at first just keep trying and you will come across
this issue.
