We should ensure that all OONI git repositories should be mirrored and
synced in different git servers.
Using Github as the main and only updated OONI repository may cause
serious issues in the [https://help.github.com/articles/guide-to-
submitting-a-dmca-counter-notice/ availability] of the source code.
