The error in gitian-tor.yml was caused by faketime. I removed faketime
from mac/gitian-tor.yml and made builds on different days, always getting
the same results, so it looks like faketime is no longer required in mac
/gitian-tor.yml to make the build reproducible.

I added two commits:
* a fixup commit (to be squashed before merging) to add /usr/sbin and
/sbin to the PATH
* a commit to remove faketime from mac/gitian-tor.yml
