Pushed], along with some changes...
* Some simple unit tests. This is a trivial function include coverage of
so no reason not to.
* It didn't cover all tor events. Filled in the gaps.
* Dropped the Nyx runlevels. Stem shouldn't have anything Nyx-specific.
Nyx can just use the tor description and substitute s/tor/nyx.
* Rejiggered and reworded things a bit.
