Comment:
I believe that this should no longer be necessary, given how we stopped
applying the sanitizers to places that needed to be constant time and
places that need to crash. Marking as "fixed" but please let me know if
it isn't. Adding a comment to this effect to
contrib/clang/sanitize_blacklist.txt.
