It appears that Mozilla fixed its WebSocket DNS leak here:
https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/751465
and Georg successfully landed a regression test in Firefox to ensure that
WebSockets don't leak DNS requests:
https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/971153
So is it true that we can drop our #5741 patch now?
