signature from Secretary/Clerk. Shari moved the motion, Matt seconded, everyone 
voted in favor.

+– Isabela went over fund raising strategy, cash flow, budget and grants.

+3. Megan Price Resignation
+
+–  Board accepted Megan Price’s resignation. Biella volunteered to write 
and thank her. Julius will remove her from the list in a few weeks.
