Serge's connections have been double the usual connections for the past week, so I restricted to that new baseline until I can spend more time on it. This explains the periodic consensus alerts. No outage.. .just hitting the limit on the maximum number of nodes hitting the ORPort.
I'm mostly AFK for the rest of the week but will keep an eye on it.
