I have checked several mirrors and found 3 that are currently not responding and 1 where /dist is on an 403 error. Seems to be offline from my location: http://torproject.gtor.org http://tor.xfree.com.ar/ http://tor.unixcorn.org And torproject.lu/dists block direct access. -MuhPirat
