Seems to be doing OK today and my traffic is beginning to pick up, so I may just be over anxious.
My hosting service seems to have some kind of throttle or firewall on ICMP because I can't ping reliably even when I have a perfectly fine SSH connection. If it starts losing the flag again I suppose I could cobble together a script that periodically does a wget from the dirport or something. Thanks for the thought though.
