And yes, I read https://blog.torproject.org/blog/lifecycle-of-a-new-relay though. The consensus weight of my relay was 27 before, and dropped to 15. Now it's getting up again, so it might be ok. But my main question is about unknown connections. Is this a normal behaviour? Apologies, if this is already answered on another page I didn't read, unfortunately. Thank you all for developing Tor.
