Autonomous System diversity, and similarly, IP-netblock diversity
Operator diversity (ContactInfo, MyFamily)
Operating System diversity, perhaps (most of the Tor network is Linux, 
including BSDs/OS X and others avoids a monoculture, but Windows is considered 
less secure)
