deb http://deb.torproject.org/torproject.org jessie main
deb-src http://deb.torproject.org/torproject.org jessie main
result in Tor 0.3.0.7 being used? I still see Tor 0.2.9.10
(git-e28303bcf90b842d)
and it won't update.
