Dear Conrad, I picked the first, less reduced policy from https://trac.torproject.org/projects/tor/wiki/doc/ReducedExitPolicy and changed my OR/DirPorts from the defaults as it suggested. Not sure if I should have picked the 2nd, even more reduced policy or not.
