on Debian:
apt-get install -y unattended-upgrades apt-listchanges
cp /usr/share/unattended-upgrades/20auto-upgrades
/etc/apt/apt.conf.d/20auto-upgrades
service unattended-upgrades restart
Default it upgrades the security sources.
