Hello Is arm supposed to complain about the line with the %include as "The torrc differs from what tor's using. You can issue a sighup to reload the torrc values....".
It also complains, that the ExitPolicy, which is now in an %include file, is missing. So that seems to be bogus. Tor 0.4.2.5 in this particular case.
