Dear Ace, I have never managed to get a separate ip address for a VM using KVM. I have usually used VirtualBox in bridge mode, but you may have compunctions about VirtualBox. I do see that there are some resources for tor relay docker images, which might be just what you want. But you are limited to 2 relays; your box seems probably a bit bigger than that.
